eProtein Discovery is a unique application for scientists doing drug discovery and target identification. The app helps to reduce time required to validate protein expression from 4-6 weeks down to 24 hours.

My role

• Architected end-to-end product UI/UX from scratch that led to successful alpha validation and funding. That included the web interface, hardware instrument touch-screen interface, and how the user transitions between them.
• Learned about the new complex domain in a matter of weeks by closely collaborating with product manager and domain experts, and presented user-flows and low-fidelity prototypes to the broad team of stakeholders.
• Supervised and guided junior designers who created high-fidelity mockups for development.
• Conducted user-testing sessions with end-users to validate design ideas.
