Flotation Optimizer App

Web app, Intellisense.io

Flotation Optimizer is a first-in-class web application for control operators working at mineral processing plants. The app shows recommendations on how to operate a flotation circuit at the moment given the operational conditions. Designed for Intellisense.io.

Under the app's hood there is an AI model that simulates conditions, material, plant equipment. The model calculates the best possible outcome and generates recommendations on what the operator should do exactly in real time. The UI helps the operator to see what will happen with the performance of the circuit in case the recommendations are applied vs. if the recommendations are ignored.

Operator is alerted about new recommendations and expected to execute them in the control system. The UI was designed for operators to be able to read the numbers from distance considering control room working conditions.
